Who I am

What data I collect

Through the contact form and the mural configurator: your name, email address, phone (optional), your message and answers about the project, and any photos you choose to upload (reference images, a photo of the wall).

The site uses no marketing cookies or tracking tools. The server may temporarily log technical data (IP address, browser type) for security.

Why I use it

Only to reply, send you the offer and mock-up, and discuss the project. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long I keep it

Up to 2 years after our last exchange, or less if you ask me to delete it. If we work together, data needed for the contract is kept as long as the law requires.

Who has access

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing. It is hosted by providers that process data on my behalf: Vercel (website and file hosting) and Neon (database). Some providers may store data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email me at bianca.stefanescu07@gmail.com.
