Context & story
These corten wall pieces were specially created for the exhibition at Share Architects Bucharest, November 2025, following the themes of the event: Designing Façades and Large-scale projects & Urban Development.
A project in collaboration with Tabla Corten.
Requirements & distinctive elements
- Industrial material: corten steel
- Acid painting technique on metal
- Themes: façades, large-scale projects, urban development
- Free-standing vertical panels for the exhibition space
Intervention
I worked directly on the steel, controlling the oxidation with acid to get tones from ochre to deep brown. Gears, a clock, a locomotive and sketched characters appear on the panels — a dialogue between industrial and playful.
The perforated panels were designed as interior pieces: they can become decorative walls, screens or façade elements.
